We begin lying on the floor, with some poses to open the legs and hips, then progress to seated and standing side-bends, and also standing poses, which include Warrior 2, Triangle Pose and Half Moon Pose. Seated poses follow, culminating in Revolved Head to Knee Pose, a deep side bend. Some soothing breathwork precedes Corpse Pose.
