Description: You don’t need to be a scientist to know that sound (music and singing) has a profound effect on the way we feel. This workshop will focus on Chanting and Mantra – what, why, when and how we use chants and mantra in our practice. We will explore sound, its resonance and its effect on our chakras, the benefits and healing effects of using sound in our lives.

* PLEASE NOTE: All the workshops are intended to be tasters and are priced accordingly. They take place in a busy Festival environment, and although the areas used for the classes will be screened from public view, you will be able to hear the public! There are no changing areas provided but everyday loose clothing will be fine. There will be a safe area for your shoes, coats and bags. If you have your own mat, please bring it. There will be mats available if you don’t have your own.
