Talk: Mindfulness in Daily Life 

Teacher: Bea Ives (BWY Dip) & Owner of The Bhuti Yoga Retreat Studio

Duration: 45 mins

Location: The Forum, Norwich 

Description: In this session, Bea will describe some of the differences between mindfulness and meditation and how we can bring mindfulness and awareness into our daily lives using simple techniques. This will be an experiential session where you can experience mindfulness during a practical exercise. There will be time for questions toward the end of the session.

* PLEASE NOTE: All the workshops are intended to be tasters and are priced accordingly. They take place in a busy Festival environment, and although the areas used for the classes will be screened from public view, you will be able to hear the public! There are no changing areas provided but everyday loose clothing will be fine. There will be a safe area for your shoes, coats and bags. If you have your own mat, please bring it. There will be mats available if you don’t have your own.
