Aventurine: a form of crystal quartz. Green Aventurine has a strong earth connection and is known as the Stone of Opportunity; releasing old restricting behaviours, clearing the heart chakra of fear, dissolving anxiety and stress, promoting compassion and empathy, encouraging perseverance and abundance.
Tigers Eye: a semi-precious yellow-brown variety of quartz with a silky lustre.
