Description: A Yoga practice suitable for all levels, exploring Hatha Yoga, breathing practices mindfulness & relaxation. Barley’s friendly, accessible classes will set you up for your Sunday. She introduces useful tips to bring into everyday life with humour and gentleness, offering mini inspirations to help build a greater sense of awareness and help manage daily stresses. Modifications are offered to help those that need it, and space given to the more experienced who want to develop their practice.

* PLEASE NOTE: All the workshops are intended to be tasters and are priced accordingly. They take place in a busy Festival environment, and although the areas used for the classes will be screened from public view, you will be able to hear the public! There are no changing areas provided but everyday loose clothing will be fine. There will be a safe area for your shoes, coats and bags. If you have your own mat, please bring it. There will be mats available if you don’t have your own.
