Description: This dynamic yoga flow workshop is designed for the student to choose their own intensity. Accessible sequencing of the postures will help explore the infinite space on your mat like a Tardis. Moving dynamically can invite the body to move more safely and efficiently enabling the mind to be more willing to be still for the quieter practices such as relaxation and meditation. * PLEASE NOTE: All the workshops are intended to be tasters and are priced accordingly. They take place in a busy Festival environment, and although the areas used for the classes will be screened from public view, you will be able to hear the public! There are no changing areas provided but everyday loose clothing will be fine. There will be a safe area for your shoes, coats and bags. If you have your own mat, please bring it. There will be mats available if you don’t have your own.
